Admissions Open for Classes Nursery – IX

Registration forms available at the school office

  • Monday, 18 December, 2023

  • Timings : 08:30 am to 12:00 noon on all working days

The following documents have to be submitted along with the registration form:

  1. Birth certificate

  2. Marksheet of the last class attended 

Student Age According to Class For 2024-25 Admission 

Documents required at the time of admission (General Candidates)

(Session 2024-2025)

In case of admission, it is compulsory to attach:

  • a) A recent 3 passport size photographs of the child with name & class written at the back. One recent passport size Family photograph (father, mother, child).

  • b) The original and attested photo state copy of Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation and Aadhar Card of parents and child.

  • c) Report Card & Online Portal Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended school.

  • d) While filing the Registration & Admission forms – Parents must ensure that name of the Father, Mother, Child and DOB of the child are correct and is the same as the entries given in the Transfer Certificate (TC) of the previous school, Aadhar Card and Birth Certificate, as these details will not be changed.

  • e) The age in Nursery shall be 3+ years on 1 April, 2024. These children will have to cover three levels i.e. Nursery, LKG, UKG before they come to class I at the age of 6 years.

Please Note:

  1. Registration / Application of the candidate does not guarantee her admission.

  2. The fee has to be deposited within one week from the display of the list or confirmation of admission after which the seat will be passed on to the next deserving candidate.

  3. School Quarterly fee is to be paid by the 15th April, 15th July, 15th October, 15th January of every session. First installment of the school fee to be deposited at the time of admission.

  4. No fee other than caution money is refundable.

  5. An activity after school hours is chargeable separately.

  6. The school retains the right to delete, change or revise the school rules given in the diary and this circular at any time as and when required.

  7. No double promotion is given in any class (as per C.B.S.E. norms).

  8. Admission will remain provisional till all necessary documents are submitted. Provisional admission will stand cancelled if the documents are not submitted by Saturday, 30 March, 2024.

  9. Parents are advised not to send their child in an overloaded vehicle. The school will not be responsible if the parents send their children in vehicles which are not run by school. They should keep the credentials & contact numbers of these drivers with them.

  10. The school does not sell books, stationery, dress, accessories etc. or compel students to buy from any particular vendor. A tuck shop is for the convenience of parents & students.

  11. Parents should declare if there are any Medical, Physical, Psychological, Learning or any other concerns of their child along with certificate and instructions.

  12. The school shall not be held responsible in certain situations, for example:

    • a) A deliberate act of indiscipline or accident which may result in injury of a student or is otherwise fatal.

    • b) An injury caused to the student while playing, running, climbing stairs or while engaging with, or due to any natural cause which may occur while attending the school.

    • c) Student bunking school and thereafter indulging in any unwanted activities.

    • d) Any secret meeting with the student by divorced spouses, whether in the school, outside the school or while coming and going to school.
